I see your handsome face smiling back at me. your eyes sparkle like the stars in the night sky. I reach for your embrace so desperate to hold you. To love and kiss you like no other person can. For your kisses are so sweet and strong against my lips. My heart aches in anticipation for your tender voice to whisper to me enchanted words of the love and desire I know you feel. I become afraid as my dream begins to fade; when I slowly wake. You are not beside me and I am alone in my bed. But thoughts of you linger in my mind throughout the day.
